Jack Brydon Joins the Maroon Machine

Kelty Hearts are delighted to announce the signing of defender Jack Brydon.  After a successful trial period, Brydon joins the club as a versatile defender who can play along the backline.

Speaking to the Kelty Hearts media team, Brydon is “really looking forward to what seems like an exciting time for the club.  I’ve really enjoyed the way the manager works in my short spell so far, he has fresh ideas and I believe it will get the best out of us collectively as a squad but also myself individually.”

Brydon spent the last two years at Queen of the South, making 52 appearances for the Doonhamers.  The 21 year-old former Hibs youngster also had spells at Edinburgh City and Stenhousemuir.

Thomas O’Ware is pleased to secure Brydon’s signature: “having played against Jack last season, I know firsthand the qualities he has. He’s been training with us while we worked behind the scenes to get an offer for him and I’m delighted we’ve got him. Jack will be a massive part of what we do here.”
