The month began with a 1-1 draw in the Highlands against Inverness, where Williamson came off the bench to provide pressing and high workrate in the closing stages.  Williamson got on the scoresheet the following week against Dumbarton at New Central Park.  From a corner the ball fell to the striker at the back post who brought it down and fired into the bottom corner.

The Queens Park loanee put in a fantastic performance the following week in a 2-0 win over Annan.  Williamson got a goal and an assist at Galabank Stadium, both of which coming within a minute.  After a deep cross from Brody Paterson, the ball deflected off an Annan defender in the path of Williamson who striked past a helpless goalkeeper.  Just a minute later, Kelty’s number 19 used his pace to break quickly on the counter to play a clever ball to Connor Allan, who bundled home at the back post.

Scott Williamson becomes the second player to win the Player of the Month award, after Ross Cunningham won it for August alongside manager Michael Tidser.

Well done Scott!
