Kelty Hearts make the journey down to Dumfries to take on Queen of the South.  Peter Murphy’s side have made a decent start to their campaign, picking up seven points from the opening four.

In the league so far, the Doonhamers have beaten Cove Rangers and Peterhead convincingly.  They followed that up with a goalless draw against Stenhousemuir, while losing to Hamilton.

The Maroon Machine will be hoping to bounce back after last week’s derby loss at Bayview.  Tuesday night’s tie against Celtic B gave Thomas O’Ware the chance to call upon the youngsters in his squad.

Last season, Palmerston Park was a happy hunting ground for Kelty.  Lewis Moore inspired us to a 1-0 win there in March and there was also a memorable 5-1 win in October.

Previewing the match to Kelty Hearts TV, Thomas O’Ware looks forward to the return of the Aberdeen loanees to the squad.  “They’ll come back in and bulk the squad up some more,” he said.  Joseph Teasdale, Lewis Carroll, Jack Wylie and Cooper Masson all return to the squad having been unavailable on Tuesday.
