Kelty Hearts will be looking to make it back-to-back wins as we welcome Montrose to New Central Park. As we enter the final quarter of the season, Kelty look to push up the table and build momentum.
A 1-0 win last time out against Queen of the South gave Charlie Mulgrew his first win in charge. Lewis Moore’s goal on the stroke of half-time ended a seven game winless run and lifted Kelty to six points behind the play-offs.

Montrose sit three points behind Kelty and five ahead of ninth place Inverness, so will be desperate for a win to distance themselves from danger. The Gable Endies have drawn three of their last three of their last five with a 1-1 draw most recently against Inverness.
The Maroon Machine have been bolstered in the last two matches with the return of Ross Cunningham. The league’s top scorer returned amongst the goals in the 2-1 defeat to Arbroath and made an impact in the win at Palmerston Park.

Matches against Montrose so far have been tight, with two draws and one win for the Angus side. The two draws came at Links Park; 1-1 on the opening day of the season with Cunningham scoring and most recently a goalless draw in January. At New Central Park, goals from Matheus Machado and Ben Maciver-Redwood secured all three points for Stewart Petrie’s side.
