To end an exciting week for the club, Kelty Hearts welcome Hamilton Academical to New Central Park. After the news that an American consortium led by Jordan Gardner has taken a majority ownership stake in the club, attention is now diverted to the visit of Hamilton.
Eight points separate Kelty Hearts and Hamilton, with the Accies occupying the desired eighth placed survival spot.

Our opponents have won their last two matches, defying the tumultuous scenes off the park which saw the departure of John Rankin last month. Last week, goals from Oli Shaw and Kyle MacDonald clinched a 2-0 win over Cove Rangers.
Kelty Hearts will be hoping to bounce back after last week’s 2-0 defeat to in-form Stenhousemuir. Matty Aitken and Dale Carrick were on target after Jack Brydon’s early dismissal.
The last time the two sides met was a convincing win for the Accies at Broadwood. Both meetings ended up as a convincing win for the North Lanarkshire side.

A win for the Maroon Machine would close the gap on eighth place to six points with plenty of the season still to go.
Previewing the match to Kelty Hearts TV, Thomas O’Ware said “we know what next week is going to be, it’s a massive game for us. They’ve had two good wins in the last two weeks and they’re picking up points. For me, now it’s down to how the individuals play on a Saturday.”
