In our first home match of the 2025/26 season, we welcome neighbours East Fife.  Both sides have played one match each in the cup so far, with the Bayview side sitting on zero points.

East Fife began their Premier Sports Cup campaign with a 2-1 loss to Premiership Livingston.  Goals either side of half time from Robbie Muirhead and Macauley Tait gave the Lions a 2-0 lead before Pat Slattery halved the deficit.  Dick Campbell’s side ended the match with 10 men after Mamadou Bah was dismissed deep into injury time.

This will be the first of at least five meetings with East Fife given we have four league encounters to look forward to.  We share a division for the first time.

Kelty Hearts will be hoping to build on Tuesday night’s dominant 4-0 win against Brora Rangers.  Goals from Craig Johnston, a brace from Robbie Cole and another from Ferguson gave us a convincing win in the Highlands.

Previewing the match to Kelty Hearts TV, Thomas O’Ware says he’s “really looking forward to Saturday.  The four games in the group all pose different threats, Saturday will give us a real chance in the group but we’ll take one game at a time.”
