Kelty Hearts welcome bottom side Dumbarton to New Central Park this Saturday. The Maroon Machine will be desperate to get back to winning ways following last week’s disappointing loss.
Charlie Mulgrew’s side go into this game 7th in the league table, four points clear of Inverness and Annan in 8th and 9th. Dumbarton, meanwhile, are playing for pride with their relegation to League Two already confirmed.

Kelty Hearts failed to build on the late draw with Arbroath as we lost 2-1 at Galabank. Despite Liam Brown’s opener two goals in five minutes from Max Kilsby and Luca Ross got the hosts the win.
Dumbarton have come into decent form since relegation has been confirmed, with no losses in their last three. Last week, the Sons dramatically beat Alloa with a 92nd minute Mark Durnan winner securing a 3-2 win.

The match-ups between the two sides has been even with one win each and a draw. Kelty Hearts ran out 2-0 winners at New Central Park, with Ross Cunningham and Scott Williamson on the scoresheet.
A win for Kelty Hearts would be paramount for adding some distance away from the relegation play-off spot. Depending on results, Kelty could end the afternoon two points away from fourth.
