In the finale of the 2024/25 season, Kelty Hearts welcome Alloa Athletic to New Central Park. With our place in next season’s League One secured, attention turns to Thomas O’Ware’s first game as permanent player/manager.

Although the result will have little impact on our place in the table, the same cannot be said for our opponents. A win for the Wasps will see them confirm their place in the promotion play-offs.

Andy Graham’s side are unbeaten in their last four, with three of those being wins. Their upturn in form has coincided with Stenhousemuir’s collapse, seeing the Clackmannanshire side leapfrog the Warriors.

Alloa have had the upper hand over Kelty Hearts this season, winning all three encounters. The first of these was a 1-0 win at the Indodrill Stadium in September, before successive 2-0 wins for Alloa.

From a maroon perspective, the main event is to welcome Thomas O’Ware to the dugout on a permanent basis. Speaking to Kelty Hearts TV earlier this week, “we’ll look forward to finishing the season and from there onwards it’s all systems go for next season.”
