Kelty Hearts make the journey west to take on Dumbarton in the KDM Evolution Trophy. At the half-way point in the league phase both sides sit comfortably in a position to qualify.
Dumbarton are sixth in League Two having overcome a five point deduction at the start of the campaign. The Sons have only lost one of their opening seven games, having most recently picked up a point on the road to East Kilbride.

In the cup, Stevie Farrell’s team are unbeaten with two wins and a draw. They picked up two home wins against St Mirren B and Hearts B, while drawing 1-1 with East Fife.
Meanwhile for the Maroon Machine, the cup comes as a welcome distraction from poor league form. Thomas O’Ware will be hopeful for a positive response after Saturday’s 4-0 heavy home defeat to Hamilton.

The Maroon Machine’s cup form has been positive, beating Stranraer and Annan at home.
This is Kelty Hearts’ first and only away game in the KDM Evolution Trophy, with home ties against St Mirren B and Hearts B to come. We will be without Dons trio Cooper Masson, Lewis Carroll and Joe Teasdale as well as Jack Wylie due to them being cup-tied.
