Kelty Hearts are on the road again to take on Alloa Athletic.  Thomas O’Ware’s side are keen to bounce back from derby defeat to East Fife.

Our hosts have made a decent start to the season and sit fourth after eleven games played.  The Wasps boast the joint best defence in the league, having conceded only eight goals.

In the earlier meeting between the two sides at New Central Park, the visitors came out on top.  Goals in both halves from Kurtis Roberts and Stefan Scougall were enough for Andy Graham’s team.

Since then, Alloa have recorded two draws in their last league matches.  Luke Rankin’s goal was cancelled out by Michal McKenna’s penalty a fortnight ago, with a goalless draw to Stenhousemuir to follow.

All of the points accumulated by Kelty Hearts have been picked up away from home. The Maroon Machine have secured four points in their last two away games.

Previewing the match to Kelty Hearts TV, Thomas O’Ware said “we seem to do a lot better away from home.  We’ll come in on Tuesday, analyse our game and prepare accordingly.  It’s two tough games coming up and we need to rise to that level.”
