Kelty Hearts are delighted to announce Robbie Cole has signed an extension to stay at the club.

The Tanzanian born forward has made 22 appearances this campaign, 16 of those in the league. Cole’s first goal in Maroon was a memorable one against Inverness Caledonian Thistle. With Caley Thistle pushing for an equaliser, Cole received the ball deep in his own half and waltzed into the box to strike low and hard into the bottom corner.
Speaking to Kelty Hearts TV, Cole has “really enjoyed my first season here. I’ve really enjoyed playing under him (O’Ware), he obviously sees something in me and has faith in me.”

Cole was signed last summer after impressing in the Lowland League with Civil Service Strollers. Under Tam O’Ware’s stewardship, Cole has played a prominent role by starting or coming off the bench in all of his matches.
“It’s been difficult this season game time wise, being in and out of the squad”, he added. “Next season I just need to get as much minutes as I can and hopefully score some goals as well.”
