Kelty Hearts are delighted to announce that Brody Paterson has extended his contract with the club. The highly-rated left-back has signed a two year extension which sees him stay at New Central Park until the end of the 2026/27 season.

Paterson was signed permanently at the start of this season, after an impressive loan spell last campaign. The full-back has received plaudits for his defensive solidity and attacking runs.
An ever-present in the starting XI this campaign, Paterson has been part of a defence which has conceded the least amount of goals in the league. He has struck up a partnership with our forwards and looks to put the Maroon Machine on the front foot.
The 23 year old has settled at New Central Park after a number of clubs early in his career. After coming through Celtic’s academy, Paterson had a loan spell at Airdrie before signing for Hartlepool at the end of his contract. Paterson returned to Scotland with a loan spell at Cove Rangers before wearing Maroon.

Everyone at Kelty Hearts is delighted to see Brody Paterson stay at New Central Park, and look forward to seeing him represent the club in the future.
